♦ Tim and Vaughan Pearson, English owners of Seven Springs Vineyard, have a passion for South Africa having lived for 6 months in Nelspruit (now
Mbombela) in 1994/95. In October 2005 the couple celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary with a 3 week holiday to the Western Cape and it was there that Vaughan said ‘if we are going to do anything in the wine industry this would be the perfect time to look’. After 2 days in Hermanus the couple decided that this area would be perfect area to look for some land.
♦ Seven Spring Vineyard is a boutique wine producer sited on the R320 Hemel en Aarde Valley Road enjoys a cool oceanic influenced climate. Wines produced are elegant in style, expressing the true characteristics of old world varietals: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Syrah but with a new world fruit driven profile.
♦ The life of Seven Springs Vineyard began in 2006 when UK couple, Tim and his wife Vaughan Pearson, bought 12 hectares at the base of Shaw’s Mountain. Given the near perfect climate and soil composition, four varietals were chosen and the first vintage was celebrated in 2010.

• Syrah Rose
All being crafted by highly skilled and Burgundy trained Augustus Dale.
